Authenticity, always.

100% authenticity guaranteed. 5× money back if fake.

We stand behind the authenticity of the products we sell. If you believe a product is counterfeit, contact our team with your order reference, photographs of the packaging, batch information and the reason for your concern.

Our guarantee

If a product purchased directly from Cosmiola is verified as counterfeit, our 5× money-back guarantee applies to that product’s purchase price. Our team will confirm the verification and refund arrangements with you.

A note on packaging

Packaging can change between markets and production batches. A different label alone does not establish that a product is counterfeit. We’ll help you investigate any concern.
